How festive are these!?!?! For years I have wanted to make an ornament wreath and haven't. This year will probably be no exception. Sigh. But if you'd like to make one,
here is a very simple tutorial I have found. Most are made by gluing the bulbs onto a premade wreath. This one, however, uses a wire hanger.
