I mentioned a few posts back {
read about it here} that I was in the process of putting together a household organizer binder. First of all, let me apologize for the poor quality of the photo's. The batteries in the digital camera are dead and instead of charging them I tend to grab my cell instead. :/ Once they are charged, I will probably add better photo's and with proper lighting. :)
Here is what I've compiled so far...
front cover |
emergency numbers & info |
cpr page |
heart attack & stroke symptoms |
phone directory |
address list & birthdays and anniversary list |
important documents folder |
There are many things that I want to add to this. For example, I want to add school information, photo's and personal profile pages with physical descriptions of each family member with allergies and detailed health information, and I'm thinking about maybe a detailed inventory of the items in the house. If there is anything that you can think of that I might have missed or that you think would be important to add, please comment below!!
That's it for now, I'm off to charge batteries for the camera.
I have used one of these for a couple of years now, they are WONDERFUL! I made my own page layouts with a scrapbook program and it is my bible.
ReplyDeleteI also made a similar binder with collectible card pages for my coupons,grocery inventories and lists. It makes shopping so much easier and I save.
your household inventory is a good idea, but you should also make sure you take pictures of everything and store them on a dvd in a safety deposit box or somewhere outside your home in case of a fire or some other disaster.
